Siurana qui en est le produit phare, sans oublier les amandiers, les caroubiers, les l\u00e9gumes et autres cultures.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5077\" data-end=\"5679\">Mont-Roig \u00e9tait une ville m\u00e9di\u00e9vale prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par une muraille et domin\u00e9e par un ch\u00e2teau, et elle poss\u00e9dait m\u00eame un quartier juif. Il suffit de se promener dans ses rues pour voyager dans le temps et s\u2019impr\u00e9gner de son histoire, racont\u00e9e par ses portes, comme \u201cEl Portal d\u2019Avall\u201d, entr\u00e9e principale de la ville, et \u201cEl Portal del Canal\u201d, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une tour de 16 m\u00e8tres.
